Our CEO, Mr M Amin has more than 52+ years of life insurance experience, spending a large time with Prudential Assurance and Great Eastern Life. For 4 consecutive years from 1987 to 1990, he was the Top Group Sales Manager of Great Eastern Life.

Mr M Amin completed his Associate of the Australia Insurance Institute in 1991. He is a Fellow of the Life Underwriters Association of Singapore. He is the first Singaporean to receive the designation of Chartered Insurance Agency Manager (CIAM). He has spoken at many seminars and conventions both in Singapore and abroad. In 1993, he was invited by the General Agents and Managers Association (GAMA) of USA to speak at their LAMP seminar in Denver, Colorado, USA. It is a great honour to be the first in SE Asia to be invited as a guest speaker.

The other positions which he has held were - President of GAMA Singapore, President of LUA (Life Underwriters Association) Singapore (now is known as IFPAS), and Regional Vice President of GAMA International Region VII. Also a Chief Moderator of AMTC - A training course for Agency Managers and presently the President of the Association of Financial Adviser of Singapore [AFA(S)].

For his contribution to the financial services industry in Singapore and the world, he was awarded "The Pacific Rim Career Achievement Award" by Mr. William D. Pollakov, President of GAMA [General Agent & Manager Association] International at the LAMP 2002 meeting at Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, Orlando, Florida, USA - 18th March 2002

Ainie Amin - obtained her Honours Degree from NUS in 1987. While waiting to move into the workforce, she was asked by her dad, Mr. M Amin to stand-cover of a staff who went for long leave at his office. Even since that day, she was hooked into the business and have never attend a job interview. Ainie achieved her MDRT status 1993 and ever since she have been a regular achievers through the years.

With many changes occurring in "insurance agency" set-up and the limited product choices for clients, she and her dad then move-on to set-up MAA Financial Planners in 1997. and playing

Now she pay a big role in providing Product Training for MAA Advisers. She continue to sell to keep in touch of market needs and regularly stay in tune of market changes so that she can part her "updated" knowledge to MAA advisers.

Beside, she also look into the managing of the Financial Planning firm. A true "entrepreneur" in many ways unlike her previous role.
